Lifetime Service Warranty

Our warranty applies to all manufacturing defects and reflects our dedication to longevity. This does not cover damage caused by water, salt, oil, ink, cosmetics, or excessive wear. Exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, dry abrasives, and overloading may impact the integrity of the leather or metal fittings.

Please note: Products repaired by external services are not eligible for future repairs or exchanges under our policy. Repairs requested beyond warranty coverage may be accommodated for a nominal fee, subject to the availability of leather and hardware.

Care & Maintenance

Each Suki piece is designed to age with grace. To preserve its character:

• Avoid overloading to maintain its original silhouette.
• When not in use, store the bag in its dust bag or original box.
• Do not dry clean. Instead, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, light, and friction to prevent fading or structural damage.

Product Concerns Upon Delivery

If you believe your product arrived defective or incorrect, please initiate an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, reverse pickup will be arranged by us, and the product will undergo our quality check before any further action.

Additional Warranty Notes

• Products must be in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase to qualify for warranty-based service.
• Repairs and services are available post-warranty on a case-by-case basis.
• Items altered or cleaned by third-party services are not eligible.
• Exchanges are only valid against products of equal or higher value.
