Suki Lifestyle – Returns, Exchange & Repair Policy

At Suki Lifestyle, we believe in creating companions that are meant to be treasured. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return, exchange, and repair policy is here to ensure your experience remains seamless and respectful.

Exchange & Return Window

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is accepted, our logistics partner will arrange a pick-up within 24–48 hours, wherever serviceable.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return

You may initiate an exchange or return if: 

  • You’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product 
  • The item is missing components or accessories

To be eligible, please ensure the product: 

  • Has not been used, washed, altered, or tampered with 
  • Has all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact 
  • Is returned in a clean, undamaged, and saleable condition
Important Notes
  • Returns or exchanges on discounted merchandise are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the form of store credit (valid for 6 months) post successful quality check.
  • Exchanges are permitted for the same or higher value. Price differences must be paid by the customer.
  • Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless failing quality inspection or out of stock.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reverse Pick-Up

Our team will attempt up to 2 pick-ups. If unsuccessful, you may be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.

Repair Policy

Suki accepts product repair requests when presented with the original invoice. Please note, our repair services cover functional fixes and stitching — we do not offer leather polishing or cleaning services.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following scenarios: 

  • Cancellation request before dispatch (for COD orders only) 
  • If Item is out of stock after billing 
  • If Item fails our internal quality check prior to dispatch

All refunds will be processed as store credit/gift cards within 7–10 working days of approval. Gift cards are valid across our website and stores for a duration of 6 months.

Product Care & Inspection

Please ensure the product is returned in the condition it was received. Returns sent in visibly used, damaged, stained, or worn condition will not be accepted.
