ORDER PROCESSING
- Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so please ensure all details are accurate before checkout.
- SUKI does not process or ship orders on Sundays or major national holidays.
- All orders ship from our studio in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
- Due to high demand, select items may go out of stock even after the order is placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled by SUKI at any time.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be shared with you.
SHIPPING METHODS (India)
We offer complimentary standard shipping (3–5 business days) for all orders within India.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, SUKI ships worldwide.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express / UPS / CourierVia.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer. These are calculated at checkout or advised by your local customs office.
- Shipping times do not include the 24-hour processing window and may vary by country.
- Once shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns & exchanges are not applicable on international orders post-dispatch.

DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
We’ve partnered with trusted courier services to ensure your Suki companion reaches you safely.
On receiving the package, we request that you inspect it in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage or issues, note it immediately on the courier docket.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking links.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.
You can also track your package anytime via our Track Order page using your order number.
MISSED DELIVERIES
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
After 3 failed attempts, your parcel will be returned to our studio.
To avoid delays, please ensure your active mobile number is entered at checkout.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
For high-value products or secure delivery zones, couriers may request a valid government-issued photo ID.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
During sale or promotional periods, all sales are final.
SUKI reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at its discretion.
No price adjustments will be made post-purchase if item prices are reduced later.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a courier attaches proof of delivery to a tracking number, SUKI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
In such cases, customers are advised to reach out to the courier directly.
